NeverApply is an AI an online AI agent (named Otto) that continuously scans job listings, matches them to criteria you set, tailors your resume and cover letter for each role, and fills multi-field application forms before queuing or sending them. New users get 10 free applications to test the service; paid monthly plans raise daily application caps and add per-application tailoring and priority timing.

The product offers two operating modes: Ask mode opens an application and waits for your approval before any submission, while Send mode picks from your matches and applies up to your daily cap, skipping companies you block. Applications are submitted from Otto's own email address so interview invitations and receipts are centralised in NeverApply's tracker rather than your personal inbox. The site also includes a Resume Studio and interview-prep features that generate likely questions and suggested answers from your own resume content.

NeverApply provides connectors to external language models and extensions for browser-based form filling. The service advertises an MCP connector for adding agents like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and a Chrome extension for autofilling forms on sites the agent cannot submit directly. Payments use Stripe checkout and the site makes upfront limits and refund policies transparent in the plan descriptions.
