Digit is an AI robot that helps warehouse operations teams achieve consistent throughput without redesigning facility layouts. By mimicking the human form factor, this bipedal platform operates efficiently in environments originally built for people.

The system functions as a mobile manipulator that uses LiDAR and stereo cameras to perceive its surroundings and identify obstacles in real-time. Instead of requiring fixed conveyor belts or rigid automation, Digit moves autonomously through the facility to pick up totes and place them onto sorting systems. The internal AI software manages balance and complex motor tasks while the Agility Arc cloud platform coordinates the entire fleet. It handles payload capacities up to 35 lbs (16 kg) and provides 16-hour daily operation through self-charging cycles.

Integration is handled via the Agility Arc dashboard, which connects directly to existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
